This is Tuesday.

Tuesday is a fighter.

She and her twin are almost two – and in July of this year her family received the diagnosis that Tuesday had cancer, Neuroblastoma, turning their world upside down. Last week I got the call that, after spending 54 days(!) in the hospital in and out of comas and chemo and intensive care, Tuesday was home. Finally home. With her two amazing brothers and her sister and her family. HOME. Right where she belongs.

I cannot even begin to tell you how in awe of this family – all six of them are so amazing and positive. And strong. Incredibly strong. Tuesday returns for yet another round of chemo tomorrow – so keep her in your thoughts.

I am so glad that you added your artistic talent to the beauty of Tuesday’s survival and her family’s strength. Tuesday is so happy in her world as it is now and mom’s love is felt as one looks at the pictures. And I must say the wedding pictures are phenomenal! Without even knowing this family, I’ve been kept up to date by Christel Barber. All I can say is, those pictures tell it all. What a precious angel Tuesday is, and she will get through this to spend many more photographic memories with her gorgeous family. I will have her in my thoughts.

Ms Burke, thank you so much for the beautiful pictures you took of Jess, Charley, and the kids. Tuesday was my great niece and I can’t express how much these pictures mean to our family. We ordered almost all the pictures that you took of the family and my husband and I look at them almost every day. I know they are so grateful that they have these memories to look back on as we all are.

Thank you again.
