A few highlights from Lauren and Rian’s Red Rocks engagement session.. I just adore these two – so sweet and easy-going and fun. And I love how natural they are in front of the camera. Their upcoming wedding is right around the corner (next week!) at the Chatfield Botanic Gardens – it’s going to be ah-mazing! Can’t wait!

Karen & Brian’s engagement session at Red Rocks

Karen and Brian are engaged! Their wedding at Mary’s Lake Lodge in Estes Park is right around the corner, and given their love for Colorado and the outdoors, I can’t imagine a better location for them to tie the knot. I love how they’ve personalized the different aspects of their wedding, like incorporating all sorts of vintage maps and rustic details that really speak to their love of nature. (plus, Gabby from Save the Date Events is their wedding planner so I know it’s going to be flawless down to every last detail. can. not. wait!) Their secret (or not-so-secret!) hope is for the elk to wander down the aisle during the middle of the ceremony. And since they mentioned it, it’s my secret hope too :)

Kate and Dave laugh. And laugh. A lot. They giggle. They guffaw. They joke and jest. They both crinkle their noses in the most adorable way. And it is obvious that they thoroughly enjoy being together. Their Colorado mountain wedding in Keystone at Timber Ridge is going to be such a blast – lots more laughter and joy. I can’t wait!

Michelle and Steve are engaged! I posted a quick peek on Friday from their Red Rocks engagement session, but just had to share a few more. It was so much fun working with them – and we lucked out with the most gorgeous Colorado sky. Just look at how adorable they are together..

Plus the amazing Emily Campbell from Bella Design and Planning is their wedding coordinator, which means that every detail will be utter perfection. Can. not. WAIT.

Denver Engagement Session

Gorgeous day + sweet light + amazing clients = fabulous engagement session. Earlier this week in almost spring-like conditions I met up with Millie and Jeff up at Red Rocks for their engagement session. I love being able to capture the connection that couples have with one an other, and Millie & Jeff are one of those couples that just exude joy when they are together - it’s the kind of joy that’s completely contagious and irresistible. And it makes me all the more excited for their wedding at The Lodge and Spa at Cordillera in May. Can’t wait!
