Robin & Justin are engaged! These two are so sweet together, and I just love how they incorporated their sense of style and personality into our session, bringing Justin’s guitar and some flowers. I’m looking forward to their fall wedding at Denver’s DCPA Seawell Grand Ballroom – it’s going to be absolutely incredible. A big thanks to Julie Gambrell with Classic Creations for introducing us – I’m so thrilled to be a part of it!

Way back in March I got an inquiry from Suzanne, explaining that she’d be visiting Colorado for her cousin’s August wedding and wanted to schedule an engagement session during her time in Colorado. So after chatting about her vision (she’s a photographer too -I ♥ that!) we booked it… but not one engagement session, she decided on three sessions: two in Denver, one up in the mountains in Beaver Creek.
When she and her wonderful fiance arrived with their trio of pups it was such a treat. We spend one morning (early!) at Hudson Gardens, another late afternoon in my favorite rustic outdoorsy spot, and the third session was up at the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Amazing amazing time – they are so absolutely hilarious and fun. And their dogs just might have warmed up to me towards the end.. maybe :) Eventually we’ll get to talking about their wedding in St Louis in 2013, but for now these will have to suffice..

Emily & Eric are getting married! We met for their engagement session earlier this week at Hudson Gardens in Littleton.. and even with the sudden deluge (torrential downpour!) of rain that caught us off guard, it was an absolute blast. I love shooting engagement sessions and getting a glimpse into the lives of my amazing clients. Emily & Eric are so incredible together – and their upcoming wedding at Mile High Station is going to be out of control fabulous – can’t wait! 
You may remember Trudi and Matt – I was the photographer for their wedding back in June of 2007 with a ceremony at the Air Force Academy Chapel in Colorado Springs, and a rockin’ reception at Denver’s Grand Hyatt Pinnacle Club. Amazing wedding, amazing couple. And almost immediately after the wedding Trudi and Matt moved out of state. So when I received an email saying that they were planning a summer visit to Colorado with their 9-month old baby and wanted to schedule a portrait session, I was absolutely thrilled. Absolutely. Full circle. That’s what it’s all about.
